Louis (trumpet, vocal) and Oscar (piano) are joined by Herb Ellis (guitar), Ray Brown (bass) and Louis Bellson (drums) on this fantastic recording. If you don't know Oscar Peterson, you should. I was late to his recordings and have spend the last year or so collecting many of them. This is an awesome pairing of two giants of jazz!

This Verve Acoustic Sounds Series is not to be missed. I hope to continue offering them for $28 which makes these reissues hard to pass up. Amazing music, incredible sound, and wonderful packaging!
